Sound healing instruments: singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments. Playing techniques: how to strike, rub, tone, layer, and combine instruments safely and effectively. Chakras & energy work: understanding traditional energy systems and incorporating sound into chakra-balancing practices. Meditation & breathwork: combining sound with meditation, mindfulness, visualization, and breath practices. Individual & group sessions: designing and facilitating one-to-one healing sessions, sound baths, and group experiences. Session structure: intention setting, space preparation, instrument selection, sound sequencing, grounding, and closing practices.
